Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum, no codes needed — it’s always included.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future — follow us on social media or subscribe to our blog to stay updated.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at highphaseonline@proton.me or call (336) 615-4369. We’ll do our best to accommodate you before the order ships.

👕 Sizing & Product

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a sizing guide. Our apparel generally runs true to size, but if you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. If you have specific sizing questions, don’t hesitate to reach out before ordering.

What are your shirts and hoodies made of?

Our apparel is printed on quality garments designed for comfort and durability. Material details are listed on each individual product page. We use highest quality Gildan and similar quality blanks for most of our tees and sweatshirts.

How should I care for my High Phase apparel?

To keep your design looking its best, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and iron directly over the print. With proper care, your piece will last for years.

Are your products made to order?

Many of our designs are printed on demand, which means each piece is made specifically for you when you order. This is how we keep designs fresh and minimize waste — another way High Phase tries to take care of the world.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If there’s an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or a defect — we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. Please review our full Terms of Service & Refund Policy for complete details.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

We handle size exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us directly and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
