This Privacy Policy explains how Unicorn Haven Farm LLC, doing business as High Phase (“High Phase,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit highphase.store or buy from us.

- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

- To respond to questions and provide customer support
- To send marketing emails, if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email, and we will respond to the appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General’s Office to submit a complaint.
Whether or not the VCDPA formally applies to our business, we honor these requests for Virginia residents as a matter of good practice.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online system is perfectly secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet tax and legal requirements. In the event of a data breach affecting Virginia residents, we will provide notice as required by Va. Code § 18.2-186.6.
