Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order ships, the carrier’s tracking information is your best source for delivery status. We currently ship within the United States.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your High Phase apparel. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, email unicornhavenfarms@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping, at our cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors and your household first, then contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel only if the order has not yet shipped.
